​Where to Start with Parker A. Garner

​We were so lucky that Parker sent us two individual books to check out! If you love a haunting standalone with a gothic feel, you need to read Magpie. It is an allegorical fantasy about a house that claims the people inside it, and it explores some incredibly heavy, dark themes perfectly.

​But if you are looking for the start of a series, grab Your Path is Sorrow. This one kicks off The Fates Entwined Series and it is a fantastic romantasy that follows Corla, a young woman bound by a blood pact to a caged God of Suffering named Ramsi. The magic, betrayal, and tension in this one are just top-tier.
